TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! The Frozen Jackets will voluntarily abandon warmth, logic, and happiness to leap into the icy, soul-stealing waters of Turk Lake for the Polar Plunge. We’re doing it for the incredible cause of the Special Olympics, because nothing says “support” like uncontrollable shivering and questionable life choices. Huge thanks to everyone who’s donated so far...your generosity helps make the freezing totally worth it. Any amount helps, and we promise to scream your name (or other choice words) on the way in!

Greetings Baldwin Heights School Family,
A multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) is a framework that our school uses to provide targeted support to struggling students. It focuses on the whole child. MTSS supports academic growth and achievement, as well as behavior needs. Our school uses positive behavior intervention supports (PBIS) to support behavior.
The multi-tiered supports are a large part of MTSS. These tiers of support increase in intensity from one level to the next.
Here is an update from our FALL data cycle and how we are doing in areas of MTSS at Baldwin Heights.

Due to deteriorating road conditions, Greenville Middle School and High School will be released 30 minutes early today (Friday, January 16, 2026).
Greenville Middle School will release at 1:55
Greenville High School will release at 2:00
This early release will allow our buses to safely bring students home and ensure they can return in time for the elementary schools’ scheduled dismissal. Elementary will dismiss at their normal time. The decision was made with student safety as our top priority.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.
