Greetings Baldwin Heights School Family,
A multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) is a framework that our school uses to provide targeted support to struggling students. It focuses on the whole child. MTSS supports academic growth and achievement, as well as behavior needs. Our school uses positive behavior intervention supports (PBIS) to support behavior.
The multi-tiered supports are a large part of MTSS. These tiers of support increase in intensity from one level to the next.

Due to deteriorating road conditions, Greenville Middle School and High School will be released 30 minutes early today (Friday, January 16, 2026).
Greenville Middle School will release at 1:55
Greenville High School will release at 2:00
This early release will allow our buses to safely bring students home and ensure they can return in time for the elementary schools’ scheduled dismissal. Elementary will dismiss at their normal time. The decision was made with student safety as our top priority.

Family Learning Center is excited to share an opportunity for families in our community!
Beginning January 19th, Family Life Center is hosting a FREE Before and After School Program designed to support students and families by providing safe, structured care and academic support outside of school hours. There is no cost at all to participate.

• Homework Help & Academic Support
• Curriculum Reinforcement (reading, math, focus skills)
• Safe, Supervised Environment
• Structured Activities & Enrichment
• All meals provided through IM Kids 3rd Meal
This program is focused on helping students stay on track academically while giving parents peace of mind with dependable childcare. Participation is 100% completely free, including meals, and families do not need to commit to long-term enrollment to get started.
