An OK2SAY Presentation will be taking place for all GHS students on October 25th. 9th – 12th graders are challenged to take a stand for student safety. The presentation reviews the OK2SAY program, how it works, what types of incidents they can report, how to submit a tip, and what will happen with the tip. The presentation will discuss many of the issues that impact students, including bullying, cyberbullying, mental health issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, sexting, types of abuse, drug/alcohol abuse, and threats of violence. Throughout the presentation, students are encouraged to pay attention to what is happening around them and, if they are concerned about their safety or the safety of others, to step up and speak out.
