Greenville Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity), disability, or age (except as authorized by law), religion, military status, ancestry, or genetic information in its education programs or activities. The requirement not to discriminate in its education programs or activities extends to admission and employment.
Reporting Prohibited Behavior
Members of the school district community who believe that a Compliance / Title IX violation may have occurred, should discuss their concerns and/or file a complaint with one of the District Compliance Officers / Title IX Coordinators listed below.
District Compliance Officers / Title IX Coordinators
The Board designates the following individuals to serve as the District's "Compliance Officers" (also known as "Civil Rights Coordinators"). The same individuals have been designated by the board as the District's "Title IX Coordinators" to oversee and coordinate its efforts to comply with Title IX and its implementing regulations.
