Parchment: sending transcripts to colleges

***Write down your username and password somewhere you will not lose them!***

Go to https://www.parchment.com/

• Top right corner

  • Create account

• Under “Learners and Parents”

  • Create account

  • *Password must have:

    • 10 Character minimum

    • At least one upper-case, lower-case, and number

• You will be asked to verify your email

  • Login to your email

  • Either click the green button to verify      -or-

  • Copy and paste the code into the box in Parchment

• Check that your name and birth date are correct

• Select your gender, your start year (2016), your expected graduation year (2020)

• On the next page, you will be asked to fill out a bunch of info...you can skip this. Just click Dashboard in the top right corner

• Click the blue + in the middle of the screen

• Type Greenville Senior High School into the search box and click “search”

  • *Select the GHS that is in Michigan

• Click the green box that says “order”

• Search for the college(s) you want it sent to

• Select the school(s) & continue

• Click “save and continue”

• Click “continue”...and that’s it!
