There will be a Special Board of Education Meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 7:30am in the Community Room of the Central Services Facility (1414 Chase Street, Greenville) for the purpose board policy and other business as necessary.
Knowing that safety is our number one priority I wanted to inform you that Monday evening we were alerted that there had been a tip received from the State Police OK to Say program of a possible bomb threat to Greenville High School for Tuesday September 3rd. The State Police and the OK to Say program has determined this to be a non credible threat. In order to provide additional assurance the State and local Police have done a complete walk through the high school building and have provided an all clear for the school. As a result we will have school on Tuesday. We take any and all threats seriously and will continue to work closely with law enforcement to assure the safety of our students and staff in all situations. Thank you for your continued support.
